- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every situation is unique so I use a sliding scale. Some people just need a single session and others will need a longer term commitment. The more sessions you need, the lower the base rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To assist my clients in getting the outcomes they desire, I employ a three-stage process. Gaining clarity is the main goal of stage one. Stage two is when we develop a plan of attack and I teach the techniques that will be used. The third stage is the execution phase, during which I assist my clients in achieving their objectives by offering feedback and holding them accountable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My whole life has been preparation for this work. I have always been passionate about research and teaching. In my 30 year career as a world-class martial arts athlete and coach, I've been lucky enough to have learned how to make massive improvement in myself and others from some of the finest teachers in the world.
