- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices come in different ranges because of certain factors such as pets, depending if you want a standard clean or a deep clean. Also if you want up to pick up personal items on the floor like toys, clothes, or anything else we don’t necessarily pick up those items or clean but if wanted we do charge. One last thing, about bedrooms we don’t do beds unless if asked and we would also charge extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to ask certain questions to the customer if it’s their first time. That way both me and the customer can have a clear understanding of the situation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well me and my friend thought it would be a nice idea to start a cleaning company to help out our community.
