- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to first set up a call with the new customer. This way I have a better idea of what they are looking for. Once that is complete and they have decided to move forward, I will send a questionnaire to be complete so I can work on a contract to be signed and agreed upon by both parties. I think this gives both professional and potential customer reassurance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
RAMP certified. Fully insured.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Love dealing with people and the public in general. Love talking and meeting with people. Also, my love for planning and prepping! I have been working for a hotel for the past few years and my passion for bartending prompted me to start my own business.
