- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and transparent, based on the space your items take up and the effort required to remove them. There are no hidden fees—ever. I offer special pricing for repeat customers and focus on delivering great value through reliable, high-quality service. You’ll always know the cost before the job starts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin by asking a few simple questions about what needs to be removed, photos if possible, and the location. I then provide a clear, upfront price. Once approved, I schedule a time that works for you, arrive on time, complete the job quickly and professionally, and leave the area clean. Strong communication is maintained from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t have formal training, but I’ve gained solid hands-on experience through years of cleanouts, heavy lifting, and helping family and friends with moves. I’ve learned practical best practices for safety, efficiency, and responsible disposal—skills that are essential in this type of work.we have General Contractor License as well, and Osha certification to work safe
