Tom completed our unfinished basement over the summer of 2021. With his help, we turned our unfinished basement to a beautiful entertainment/living space with a full bathroom. Overall, we are very satisfied with his work quality and professionalism. Right from the start, Tom was very proactive and offered many ideas which really helped us create a vision for the space. He worked closely with us every step of the way listening to our needs and planning around our timeline. He took care of all the aspects from routine paperwork to more complicated tasks. Overall, Tom takes a lot of pride in the quality of his work, and that shows in the end product. I highly recommend TLRG for construction projects and he will be our go to person for any future home improvement work.

Recently relocated to PA and was worried about finding a good trustworthy contractor to finish my basement. I found Tom on Thumbtack and he came out to take a look and was great with getting back to me quickly and offering a detailed estimate that was reasonable and fair. He provided a breakdown of everything including payment schedule which is extremely helpful and let’s you know exactly what to expect and when. He offered great suggestions along the way I wouldn’t have thought of and was kind enough to help me with another unrelated matter while on the job (leaking dishwasher). He’s handled everything (framing/walls/electricity/plumbing/floors etc etc) so I didn’t have to worry about contracting different ppl for diff things which is algo great. Totally loved how he finished the space; so much so I’ve booked him for my next project: kitchen install ! Would 100% recommend

The response time on the availability to come out and do a quote on the project was quick. The estimate was fair and started working on it that same weekend which was great.
