we work with clients with all size real-estate portfolios. we offer long term rental property management. At this time we do not offer Airbnb or short (less then month to month) term rental management

We worked along side a client who had a property that was only 50% occupied and the current tenants were behind on rent. We where able to not only market and fill the rest of the property within 2 weeks but also work with the current tenants in order to collect back rent. Taking our clients investment property from a large liability to a profitable asset in a short time
