FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are available, case-by-case, for patients dealing with financial hardships. Packages are also available on a case-by-case scenario. Contact me for more information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each patient receives an individualized treatment based on their own unique circumstance. Initial visits are 75 minutes and involves a full review of systems, history of medications and major medical events. We will then move to the treatment table for Chinese Medicine pulse, tongue, and abdominal diagnostics, and then treatment for the time remaining. Treatment modalities range from acupuncture to manual therapies (shiatsu, cranio-sacral, myofascial release, and so tai), moxibustion, cupping, and gua sha. Each treatment is personalized and the treatment modality is chosen on a case by case scenario. At the end of the treatment I will come up with a personalized herbal medicine prescription based off my findings. Herbal formulas are mailed directly to your homes, unless they are in stock during the time of your visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I also have a 2 year certification in Shiatsu, and certifications in Myofascial Release and Cranio-sacral therapy. I am a long-term practitioner of Tai-Chi and Chi-Gong, and I hold an instructor level certification to teach Tai Chi from The Golden Flower Tai Chi School International in Winston Salem, North Carolina.
