They were GREAT! Less than 24 hrs after I requested help through Thumbtack my broken dishwasher was fixed. I got a quick call back after my request, and the repair was thorough, cheaper than expected, and done quickly. I think this was the best appliance/repair experience I've ever had! I'd highly recommend and I'm no longer afraid of my dishwasher breaking because I know I can call on them as needed next time.
