FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give free estimates. Generally, we break down the project into smaller phases, and estimate how long each part of the project will take with how many crew members needed (usually two or three), and calculate the pricing from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When convenient for you, we come walk through the site, to see exactly what needs to happen and discuss with you the full scope of work as we anticipate it. Within a day or two, we send you an estimate of the cost of work. Once a start date is agreed upon, we generally come work on site Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 2 PM, depending on site location, crew availability, weather conditions, etc. At the end of everyday, we like to recap with the homeowner the progress made, and what happens next. Once a job passes final inspection, and meets your approval, only then do we consider the job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over twenty years experience in building and remodeling the finest homes, we have found working everyday on the job to be the most valuable training.
