We have employed Unique to pretty completely overhaul our antiquated HVAC in our home. We cannot say enough about the high quality of both all their employees who have worked in our house and the equipment they have installed. We also have an annual contract for upkeep. Recently their employee Jason Dolan came to inspect all our system as winter turns to spring and summer. He was courteous, friendly and efficient. We would recommend Unique to anyone needing HVAC work .

Beshoy was very professional, knowledgeable, and consultative. He explained all of the repair/replacement options including the projected costs allowing us to make an informed decision. He then repaired our A/C Unit the same day. Were very happy with the work that Beshoy completed.

Upfront pricing is given at time of booking, if applicable for the requested scope of work. We have a $50 service fee for the plumbing visit, any additional diagnostic, repair or project work will be advised and approved by homeowner.
