- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upfront pricing is given at time of booking, if applicable for the requested scope of work. We have a $50 service fee for the plumbing visit, any additional diagnostic, repair or project work will be advised and approved by homeowner.

All requested appointments are confirmed via phone call with our customer service team.
