- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base rate is 85.00 per hour for individual repairs. If you purchase a package it breaks down to significantly less. I do offer discounts and some free services to veterans and law enforcement.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation, commitment, completion. First I consult the customer on their situation providing my suggestions and options available to help meet there goal. Then commit to the agreed upon services. Finally I complete the service and get get paid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15 years of working with my dad who taught me everything I know and continuing to research and learn the latest technology.
