We offer a $58.00 diagnostic fee. The $58.00 diagnostic fee is waived when you opt to have the repair done. We offer FREE ESTIMATES for replacing existing heating & cooling systems. Energy-Star Services offers discounts and specials. Visit our website to view specials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Energy-Star Services has a full office staff and you will get an immediate response. Once we receive your message we'll respond via chat. Our office staff will contact you to schedule a time and day for service. Our scheduling window is usually 3-4 hours. For example, your window could be between 1-4 p.m. Although we make every effort to accommodate specific time requests if possible. Our technician will give a courtesy call to let you know they're on their way for your convenience.
