At the end of the appointment, the specialist will provide you with a clear and accurate price quote for your new windows and doors. This quote will be locked in for 12 months and include all costs associated with the installation, so you can be confident that there won't be any surprise expenses down the road! We understand that every homeowner's financial situation is unique. Our team can discuss various financing options that may be available to you. We will ensure you take advantage of current promotions, federal tax credits and Acre's preferred customer program- all ways to save you money on your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our experienced product specialist will arrive at your home at the scheduled time to conduct a thorough examination of your existing windows and doors and take accurate measurements. Unlike other window companies, we offer Andersen's entire product catalog and non-Andersen options. Our product options include a variety of materials, finishes, and customization options, such as grid patterns and hardware selections, for you to choose from. During the appointment, you will custom design every window and door you want to replace. The product specialist will take the time to show you physical window samples and provide professional guidance. Your input is paramount to picking the window and door that fits the aesthetics of your home and is in your price range. This is why we ask for all homeowners to be there, to ensure everyone's opinions are heard and all concerns addressed.

As an Andersen Certified Installer, we are specifically trained and certified by Andersen to install Andersen windows & patio doors. We experienced rigorous hands-on training to become an Andersen Certified Installer.
