- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally like to call or text through out the entire repair process to make sure I meet the customers schedule. I also like to show and explain what and why I’m doing the things I do. I believe with knowledge and courteous service you company will grow.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was hired as an apprentice for one of the largest appliance repair companies in the area. After completing my apprenticeship, I worked as a technician for a while before moving into the general manager role. After 2 years, we parted ways and I started my own appliance company. Currently it is just me and occasionally my son assists me as my helper.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with and will work with anyone who has an appliance need.
