- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can vary a lot depending on the exact needs of the customer and materials used, so I like to talk first and give a estimate on a per job basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important step first is making contact and understanding what needs to be done, along with giving a proper estimate and timeframe of when the work will be started/finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated as Valedictorian from Laurel Business institutes' Welding & Fabrication with Pipeline Technology certificate program, as well as received the following qualifications during my time in school: AWS D1.1 in Flux core and Stick welding in the 3g position AWS D1.5 in flux core and Stick welding in the 3g position ASME section IX Combo certification in the 6GR position
