Introduction

When I am finished a cleaning project, everything looks brand new. I am easy to work with and extremely hard working and pay attention to details. Cleaning has always been very therapeutic to me. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I see a messy or dirty room look brand new and very clean.

This mother and daughter team are AMAZING! The house needed a deep cleaning after a bathroom renovation and boy did they deliver! The house is old but they made it feel brand new. They found toys that my granddaughter hadn’t seen in months 😂, and we can “eat off of the floor “. Thank you so much Annette and Sarah, you certainly made our family happy. Annette is amazing! My house has never been so clean. Her attention to detail is incredible. She got to places, I never think of. She brings everything needed and is very good at figuring out where to put things and isn't constantly asking questions. She just gets on with it and let's me go about my own business. She has a quiet, peaceful and positive presence that makes her a pleasure to have around the house. Not only will I hire her again, I'll only hire her in future. Oh! And her rates are great.

We hired Annette to do a deep clean of our home. Annette did a fabulous job. Her attention to detail is incredible; she cleaned areas that I’m not sure any other house cleaner has attempted in the past. Not only did she do a great job but she was also professional and courteous. We will only be using Annette in the future.

Annette did not arrive on time due to special circumstances with her previous client, but she kept me updated on her new ETA. Once she did arrive, she went right to work and did an excellent job. She did a move out cleaning for me and the place is cleaner than when I got it. I am so pleased with her work that I am considering hiring her for regular cleaning at my new place. Annette is AWESOME!!! She is just the one we have been looking for. She is punctual, reliable and very sincere. She made my house look soooo good. I wanted to try couple of other services before I finalize the regular cleaning, but after seeing her first work I cancelled all my other services. I want Annett to continue. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price based on detail work such as cleaning baseboards, interior windows, fridge, oven, walls, on top of the bathrooms, kithcen, bedrooms, etc. and then standard cleaning which is bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, dusting, cleaning floors, and vacumming floors.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to do detail work and get to know the house. After that follow up with standard cleaning and do detail cleaning as necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cleaning since a teen for my Mom at home. I am a perfectionist with my cleaning. I am very detailed oriented. I have since cleaned for various customers and have experience cleaning hoarders homes as well. I am very trustworthy and my customers feel very comfortable with me.
