T&I replaced my garage door & I'm fully satisfied with them for the full end-to-end experience. Ellie was super responsive in providing quotes, and modifying them multiple times based on my needs. She even responded during weekends and late hours which was much appreciated. Zack did an excellent job with the door replacement. He arrived right on time for both appointments, and completed quality work as promised. He spent extra time explaining how to take care of the door and the potential safety issues with our previous installation. Once I agreed to proceed with them, the new door was installed within 5 days! Couldn't ask for more.
