Zack did an outstanding job installing a Ring doorbell for my mom. He came the next day after I contacted him, which shows how responsive and reliable he is. He was professional and thorough, taking his time to ensure the job was done perfectly. He wasn’t rushed at all and made sure everything was set up properly and working before he left. He even called me to ensure everything looked okay on my phone. What really impressed me was how he followed up afterward to check that we were happy with his work.
