After reading one stellar review after another for Donahue Family Tile and comparing Jack Donahue’s demeanor and knowledge with that of the four other worthy contenders for the job — our expectations were sky high when we hired the company. Even those high expectations were exceeded. To make sure he met our timeline, Jack drove three hours to pick up replacement tile after the tile retailer delivered broken merchandise. Not his fault but he made it work for us. The team also demonstrated particular precision and attention to aesthetics in installing our large-format tile with abstract design. Very impressive work and the highest level of professionalism.

Donahue Family Tile is the best, Jack is a man who takes pride in his work. I needed tile replacing, shower and spout replacement kit and work within the wall behind the tub, also grouting and caulking. They are great, pleasant and so helpful. They did a beautiful job and it was a pleasure to have them here. If you want someone who truly takes pride in his work Jack is the man. Our shower was leaking. I contacted Donahue Family Tile through Thumbtack and Jack responded quickly and with all the information I needed to decide how to address the issue. He answered all my questions about tile and grout choices. When it came time to do the work, Jack was always professional and took trouble to keep the work area and my home as clean as possible. Jack did an excellent job in my bathroom matching and replacing some tiles that were broken/cracked and installing the backsplash. Also replaced a shelf that had broken and stained tiles that looks great now. I had a difficult time finding a tile person because it was a small job. Prompt response and showed up when promised. I highly recommend Donahue Tile for all your tiling needs.
