Beware!! He will try to rip you off! His initial bid was over $1,000 to replace 2 parts. My parts were under warranty, an I ended up calling another contractor- I only needed 1 part & was charged less than $300 for the job. Smh

Control board and transformer go hand in hand so that always gets replaced together, you were an hour away that drive time adds a bit exra as well but thanks anyway

Their service can be approved by not standing customers up. I should have known that I needed to hire someone from the 1st scheduled appointment. On that 1st appointment he was a no show and no call. I called him to ask what happened. He said because it was snowing that was the reason he was held up. That would have been no issue but he didn't even call me to tell me that was the hold up. I gave him a 2nd chance. We agreed on a new date and he was a no call and no show. It snowed that day too, but, had he called to ask for a new time or day, I would have given it to him. He did nothing. Very poor customer service.😑

We had a huge snowstorm that left a lot of people with no heat. We had to make them a first priority in order to keep them comfortable. Maintenance can wait.
