I needed to know the price of the repair before he completed the job. I felt that I was taken advantage of because the door didn’t need repair the dryer lint remover needed replacement. I will never use this service again. U got me this time but you WON’T get me again!!!!!! Won’t recommend your company TriState to any of my friends or family. Very poor communication between the customer and the service provider. I was completely disappointed and dissatisfied!!!!!!!
