Taylor’s Healing Touch

My mission is to help clients feel better in every way. I graduated from massage school in 2011. I have been doing it ever since! In 2016 I started a home based massage business which allows me to keep the prices affordable. I firmly believe that everyone deserves to be able to get regular massage therapy. The experience I have gained through the years has given me the ability to create custom massages using different modalities based on the clients needs. I love massage therapy and the benefits but also the faces of clients afterwards is priceless! Fitness is about more than just exercise and looking great. I want my clients to feel better from the inside out not just physically but mentally as well. I have been a group fitness instructor since 2016, in 2017 I got certified by NASM for personal training. My journey into the fitness world started with my own after being overweight for years. At my heaviest I was 220. I have lost about 80 pounds by being consistent with my workouts and making better choices nutritionally. It’s not an easy road but if I can do it I know you can as well.
