- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are variable based on driving distance, mileage, gas, time it takes for me to get there, supplies, status of the home and labor. I offer a standard hourly rate of $45/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is 1st meeting with the customer either in person or via phone before any cleaning is done to go over what they would like done and any special requests they might have. I will take notes and make sure everything is to their liking and exceeding their expectations. I will ask if they are using their own cleaning products or if they want me to use my own that I supply. The cleaning will be scheduled and I will follow up 48 hours in advance to make sure everything is going as planned. I like to do a run through of the condition of the home prior to accepting the job and leaving a quote. I will write a detailed note when I leave the house and follow up with a text message, phone call or e-mail letting the customer know the job is finished and to ask for feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 9 years of working in housekeeping in the #1 highly-rated choice hotel in the area. I am fully trained on blood-borne pathogens and COVID-19 procedures.
