- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly, we will visit the project site to assess the work that needs to be done. After that, we will discuss the materials required and send a detailed estimate to the customer for review. Once you have reviewed the estimate, we will proceed to order the necessary materials and schedule a start date for the project. Finally, after completing the work, we will ask you to review the project and pay the invoice.

My negative experiences with contractors inspired me to start Coble Property Solutions. They overpriced their services and failed to deliver satisfactory work. I realized there was a need for a reliable, fairly-priced handyman company that prioritizes customer satisfaction. With my passion for quality workmanship and a team of like-minded professionals, we began offering our services to the community.
