We contacted SCLM on thanksgiving evening hoping he could come the next day. He responded very quickly to my message and was able to come by the next morning. We had multiple blocks in our pipes causing the basement to partially flood. He promptly checked the drain, pipes, and house. After diagnosing the problem he worked on cleaning out the blocks and draining the basement. He talked through the issue with us and was very helpful. We would recommend his services for either emergency work or routine maintenance.

The pipe in the basement was leaking badly. Water would squirt out excessively every time we took a shower. The job ended up being a little bigger due to the amount of sludge in the pipe, and a larger section of the pipe needed to be cut to repair the leak. We were advised through each step of the process. Fair pricing. I have no complaints. Job well done!
