EAM worked very hard for over 2 hours trying to repair my microwave but decided it needed to be replaced. When he returned a few weeks later to install my new one, he did so at no charge. Very nice and polite gentleman.

I used this company to fix my oven a few months ago and he came and resolved the issue promptly in the first visit. Your technician was excellent. He did something. The other technicians did not which was listened to me when I tried to explain why smoke was coming back into my home from my gas fireplace. On top of cleaning the fireplace he also cleaned the chimney, took it down into the thorough job right now have a beautiful gas fireplace for the first time in years.
