Simple drills combined to form into something else with a real guide hand coming through the support from Coach Jalon goes a long way. The idea to be committed or interested in something while strengthening discipline as well as improving in areas beyond being able to dribble at a certain pace is truly a reward. One may start to learn that yes they are trying to master a certain move, yet they are development physically in other areas such as when you dribble and you stay low , you are reminded to engage your core. The mental development is truly present during this dribbling process. And that is something worth embracing. Thank you for sharing the wisdom

Access to my private YouTube channel. A weekly accountability workout via PDF with video links providing in depth breakdowns. 1 weekly 50 minute dribbling session via Zoom at the same time and day. Send in videos to be analyzed and ask questions via WhatsApp 24/7.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve started varsity at Central Dauphin High School from 9th-12th grade. Won a District III PIAA Championship in 2003-2004. Played Division III at Neumann University. Coached at Central Dauphin High School as an assistant on the Boys’ JV team. Central Dauphin Middle 8th Grade Boys’ Head Coach. Assistant Varsity Coach at Central Dauphin East High School.
