Hi my name is Greg Thompson. I have been selling and installing all types of flooring for over 25 years. I do all installs myself and guarantee the labor on all flooring installed for Lifetime. I provide samples on site at your location free of charge. I can compete with the home stores pricing because I buy everything Mill Direct. We have carpet prices starting at $2.75 per sq ft installed. That price includes padding and labor. Vinyl plank and vinyl tile prices start at $5.25 per square foot for material and labor. Hardwood prices start at about $7.50 per square foot for product and labor installed.

Thompsons Carpets were phenomenal! We had cat pee stained carpet in our basement and decided to put LVP down there. We were getting ready to put our house on the market and didn’t want to spend a lot of money. We were given many options of colors within our price range. They arrived on time, and were very efficient with the installation. We had also found out that we needed to replace the flooring in our den and they were able to install the LVP the next day. All in all, it was a great experience and we’ll hire them again for our new house.

Highly recommend Thompson's Carpet and Flooring. Greg Thompson, Brent's brother, removed the 12' x 24' rug in my great room and kept a small portion in the back for me. Greg did a great job, took special care of the furniture and helping me put floor protectors on all the pieces so as to keep my oak floor in good shape. I plan to use them in the future to remove the wall to wall carpet upstairs and lay down new floor covering.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We buy all products mill direct so our prices are better than the home stores. We offer discounts to military , police and firefighters. I do all installs myself. I bring samples to your home or office free of charge at your convenience.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy meeting new customers and building a lifetime relationship. Most of the work I install is for repeat customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started as a helper in the late 80s. I enjoy working with hands and seeing the difference new flooring makes in my customers home. I learned to install everything on the job.
