- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We need the total square footage and as much details about your home as possible. This allows us to provide you with the most accurate quote possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to try and establish a relationship with each client. Clients get multiple ways to contact me (owner of Krispy Klean Co.) directly. The first thing we do is have a conversation with the client and find out exactly what kind of service they are looking for. I try to be available as much as possible to answer any questions or concerns personally. After the exact service is known, we move on to scheduling. We try our best to accommodate the needs of our busy clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
This company is not a cleaning business, it is a people business. I love interacting with every person and I try my hardest to find them the best possible solutions to their problem.
