- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a Full Service Mobile Grooming Salon, so yes you pay more than typical grooming shop for the convenience of us traveling to your location. All travel fees are already included in our pricing. All pricing is based on breed, size, coat condition an frequency of grooming. Where the website is listed will direct you to online booking, prices are listed there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This is a very high demand service, we ask that you message via text or email for likely same day reply. We are on the road all day, using GPS and cannot take or return calls during that time, For the safety of all pets I do not take calls during grooming sessions. Once we finally make it home, its evening and we have a family to care for so hopefully you can understand why its tough taking and returning calls. So please if at possible, text or email. We have set up online booking which where the website is listed, it will ask you a few short questions and list the prices starting at " " I can also send you the link to fill out the intake form and service agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have dedicated that past 16 years to taking care and providing high quality grooms for your furry best friends!
