- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing with no hidden fees. Our rates are based on the type of repair and the quality of parts used. We provide discounts for bulk repairs and business accounts, as well as seasonal promotions. Additionally, we offer a warranty on all our repairs, giving customers peace of mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to assess the issue, either in person or remotely. Once we understand the problem, we provide an upfront estimate and explain the repair options. After getting approval, we perform the repair using quality parts and keep the customer informed of our progress. When the repair is complete, we test the device to ensure it’s fully functional and offer a warranty on the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience repairing a wide range of devices, including phones, tablets, and computers, which I’ve gained over the years by working with various types of hardware and software. I’ve also taken specialized courses on device repair and stay updated with the latest technology trends to ensure the highest level of service for our customers.
