I like to think we stand out from other companies because I am very detailed oriented. Also, I take my time to listen to the customer's needs during the construction process. I like to create the vision that the customers may have. See the look on their faces when it all comes together is priceless; it makes me very happy and proud that I'm capable to give them exactly what they wanted. I also like being asked to complete a job that another contractor may have walked out on. I know this can be very frustrating to a customer, and I want people to be able to rely on me when they need a home project to be done with care.

We have a two-bedroom, two and a half bathroom condo in Glen Mills, Pa, most of which Bruce worked on. He completely renovated all three bathrooms, including tiling, plumbing, and cabinetry; In the living space he removed a full-wall mirror, re-dry-walled, and manufactured and installed a new mantel; he refurbished the kitchen, including some repairs to the cabinetry and plumbing; and he repainted the entire downstairs. In a phrase, he did an outstanding job! All the rooms are beautiful and we're VERY pleased with the outcome. The only thing I can think of where he might improve a little is on the time it took to finish, which was several months. However, this is not our permanent home, so we weren't there too often to help him with choices, etc., plus we understand that for the most part, Bruce is doing this work by himself. But even that didn't phase us too much, especially after seeing the finished quality of his work. But he always let us know when something was going to be delayed, and why. In summary, Bruce was very pleasant to work with, his work is the highest of quality, he did what he agreed to do, and he completed it in a reasonable time. Overall, we were very pleased and recommend him highly.

Bruce Harlan has been doing for work for us for many years. We recently asked him to paint most of our downstairs area. Not only was it painted well, but Bruce and his guys were meticulous about making sure that the wall was well prepared by fixing all popped nails, small blemishes, and old drywall tape that had started to separate. He is very accommodating when it comes to people like us who aren't 100% sure about how the paint colors will match or look on the wall or ceiling. We plan on using Bruce's services well into the future and I would highly recommend him to everyone who needs any kind of work done on their place (just not around the time that I need some more work done).

So far, Bruce, and his team, have done a great job on our home upgrade project. We are in the middle of our first project now. A true professional Bruce has been on time, super clean and in budget while providing excellent quality workmanship. Always accessible, Bruce addresses all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner, a very important point for me. Highly recommended!
