Dan showed up on time with his equipment and got right to work. He painted the interior of our sunroom which was originally a light gray to a nice taupe color and it looks great. He also hauled away several bags of garden weeds we had on our driveway for a nominal fee. He is a jack of all trades and very easy to work with. He offers many services!

Benna Construction Services blew me away with their ability to do Heating and Cooling. They were out an hour after I called for my heater broken down and fixed the heater promptly at a very reasonable price. A year later we had them replace both our AC and Heater and they did such a great job! Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do cash discounts, I charge based on how long a job takes me. I try to do no less than 200 per job and no more than 400 per room.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get their name, info, address, and I always try to make it to the job before sending a quote to talk things over. See if I can lower the price at all, and try to be as fair as possible.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Contradiction management degree, certification in home improvement, HVAC experience
