- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Dee Hurford Designs charges a design fee and all inclusive per room fee to include labor, materials, finishes, furniture and all other related items to complete the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process starts with a phone call. The potential client(s) and I discuss the project(s) to determine if it is a good fit for both parties. The next step is a free consultation to go over the Dee Hurford Design process. The process consists of four phases: Conceptual, Detailed Design, Purchasing and Execution, and Project Wrap Up. The end result is exceptional customer service and a home that the client will love.

I am Certified Interior Decorator having completed a comprehensive program at Philadelphia University. I also have Masters of Business Administration
