The overall experience was very poor. Stephan and his team were not timely and the communication was spotty at best. I had to reach out to them on multiple occasions to ask if they were coming out that particular day. They stayed very late on the last scheduled day, which resulted in a very sloppy finish. There was a long list of punch items that they finished up a few weeks later. In addition to this, there were large paint stains on our carpet, which was covered up by our bedroom furniture. The team made no mention of it and we found out weeks later when we moved our furniture. Before writing this review, I reached out to Stephan directly about our issues. I received no response.
