I don't leave reviews and I don't like to speak badly about anyone. However, this lady was rude to me and never showed up. She was to be at my house at 11 am at 10:30 am. she told me she was running late. 10:21 am she stated, " I'm running a little late but were you able to get a lot of that stuff up." 10:24 am I replied " some it's hard with a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old...but I think I got a lot. then at 10:31, I messaged asking when she thought she was going to be here than just so I had an idea. No answer. However, she never showed. Then when I asked for a discount for having to reschedule and missing my child's event waiting for her. She responded, "No ur already getting off cheap for the job cuz anyone else would have charged u 500 bucks to clean up that mess." The rest of the conversation will be below in the pictures. I have had a really hard time this last year. I was pregnant when we moved in had my son, while my older son has behavioral problems and my boyfriend is never home due to his work. Then in September, my brother passed away, then in October, my father passed away. then in June, my mothers' house burned down and she lost pretty much everything. I fight anxiety and depression. So yes I try but everything has been overwhelming and that is why I finally said I need help. I clean every day it just never looks like it. But when your job is to clean you should never tell someone that their house is a mess. I do my best but and I don't need anyone I'll do it myself I just want everyone to know she is judgemental. I can't get the pictures before to upload but it is a lot better.
