Couldn't be happier with the work recently completed by Stephen Cirigliano Plumbing! I recently called Steve regarding a problem that I was having with my hot water tank (turned out to be the pressure reducing valve on the main line). First, he was very prompt, courteous and professional in reaching out to me to learn about the problem that I was having with my hot water tank, and was able to get me scheduled for the next day! He arrived to diagnose the problem exactly when he said he would, and even had the replacement part I needed on hand to do the repair. The work was completed quickly and thoroughly, and he didn't even seem to mind me looking over his shoulder while he worked. Overall Steve was everything that you could ask for in a plumbing professional. My goal was to save money (vs. what the larger companies might charge) while not compromising the quality of work--which I did not. Steve is a Certified Master Plumber, and I'm fortunate that I was able to receive big-time professional quality service at a handyman price. Steve will be my go-to guy for all future plumbing needs!

in plumbing there are no two jobs that are alike every job needs to be looked at to give a honest upfront price
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with the customer and going over the job in detail and to ensure they are satisfied with every aspect of the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to ampac associated master plumbers of allegheny county for 4 years to receive my journeyman license then went on for another 2 years to receive my master plumber license. I also went to training for outdoor gas line installation. I also have some other training such as pex water piping,Gas tight, trac pipe, and trench shoring.
