We worked with Antonio to repair the shingles on our roof and gutters. He stopped by our house in a couple of hours after I contacted him! He gave us thorough explanations of how our roof is doing and what needs to be fixed and wrote a detailed quote. He was very professional and responsive. Will definitely hire again!

Antonio and Brody responded to my request immediately to repair an issue that my mother was having with a leak in her kitchen. Turns out the leak was being caused by an issue with the wood in the downspouts or something to that effect. We had many people, including insurance adjusters, come out, and not one of them was able to pinpoint the problem. Antonio and Brody from Penn West came out, and within a week, they did the repairs needed! I'm so very thankful that I chose this company for my repair needs, and I will most definitely use them if I ever have any issues as I am a home owner as well! 5 stars all the way!!!!! We used Penn West Roofing & Repair to get "some repairs" done on our roof. After heavy rain for past several days, one particular spot in the ceiling had a wet stain forming. Since my roof was pretty new, I was concerned that once I contact a roofing company, they will steer me towards roof replacement, just to make money, as roofing companies in general don't have much experience with diagnosing a leak and also because roofing companies make less money by doing repairs and fixing a specific leak as compared to doing a roof replacement, so they opt for roof replacement instead. I did some research before contacting Penn West roofing and left message for Antonio one evening. I got a call back from Antonio from Penn West Roofing & Repair around 10pm same evening. A call back that late in the night was surprising to me, as I wasn't expecting one at all, due to being in the middle of a busy rainy season. We talked about for half an hour, and Antonio patiently tried to alley any concerns that I had, especially about the cost. He also explained as to how he would try to figure out and localize and isolate the leak. Right there and then I realize that this guys is not going to rip me off or up-sell me or up-charge me for anything. I also realized that he would try his best to identify the leak and fix it rather than pushing me to replace my roof. Now, let me tell you very clearly, that what I thought would be a few hundred dollars worth of expense for a teeny-tiny roof leak repair, ended up much higher; in order of magnitude higher... as I ended up replacing the entire roof...I ended up replacing, not just the shingles but the wood beneath the shingles...I ended up relacing the fascia and soffit around the house...and I ended up replacing gutters, gutter guards and downspouts..In essence, I have the "experience" of having Antonio doing a small repair for me as well as getting the entire roof done. And at no point in time, Antonio pushed me to make any of these decisions and at no point in time, he wanted me to go ahead with the next phase of the "little roofing project". If I had wanted to just get the initial roof leak fixed, I would have done just that, and that would be the end of story!!! I have found Antonio, an extremely hard working individual who is honest, and very professional both in his business dealings as well as customer communication. His work ethic is phenomenal. His penchant for quality control is striking. His knowledge of roofing ins & outs; his ability to diagnose a leak; his eye for investigative and detective work, in order to assess the true damage, and his obsession to satisfy a customer is simply unheard of, in an industry that is a breeding ground for swindlers, cheats, and fraudsters. Finding such a gem of a hardworking, ethical, and consumer obsessed roofer in an industry where one has to start with the expectation of getting fleeced, is refreshing to say the least. One thing I must add is that every time his folks would finish a job, I would make sure that I ask Antonio to do the quality control himself and I was never disappointed in him. Antonio would ensure that, if there is even a remote possibility of sub-standard work that was performed by his crew, he would take them to task on the spot or even after they have left. He would not take a break until he, as well as, the customer is not satisfied. This way you would get an added benefit of an "Independent Quality Control Inspector" in his own workmanship, when you are getting Antonio. Make sure to use the help of this independent inspector as you hire Penn West to do your roofing job!!! I am very pleased with the work that Antonio has done and I would highly recommend Antonio and Penn West Roofing & Repair for any and all roofing needs that you have. Give Antonio a try and you would not be disappointed. For Antonio, no roofing job is too small or too large and no roofing work is work that is not done right!!!
