- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try and keep my prices as fair as possible. When I first got resume help the price was insane! So I try my best to provide the best product for the right price. Although prices may seem high to some, a resume that POPS can be the difference in career and salary change!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a phone conversation in order to listen to what the client wants, the career path they are leaning towards, and also to hear more about them. I then take that information and make a resume that will POP for that specific individual and their background.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Have been in management roles at numerous workforce development companies.
