- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While I have standard pricing I do my best to work with customers on what they can afford. I believe that when someone needs a home service done because they are unable to do it themselves, the service should be available despite their financial situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I quickly get a general idea of what needs to be done and when I arrive on site I typically have the tools and materials to complete the job at that time. If there are unknowns that are discovered at the time of the site visit, we will discuss what is required and how to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology and a lifetime of hands-on experience with home improvement.
