- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Families, seniors, maternity shoots and weddings/engagements have standard pricing packages for my clients to choose from. We can always tailor a photo shoot to what fits the customer best. Perhaps you want more or less prints, a little more time for your shoot, or to add an additional location. I work with my customers to offer packages that make their selection easy and simple to understand, but also have options to personalize specific elements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For new customers, I not only like to email the details of a shoot but chat about it on the phone. It helps me get to know you better and find out exactly what you're looking for! This way, I am able to capture your family naturally! For my brides, we always sit down a few times before the wedding for coffee, dinner, etc and go over details, timelines, shot lists and more. I take the time with every customer, no matter the cost of the shoot, to add that personal touch to your experience!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive study, training and experience in professional photography services. Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing
