We had an experience with Serge and his team. From the moment I messaged him, I noticed his responsiveness and knowledge of his trade. They replaced a sliding door and exterior door for our shed. They were prompt, their workmanship was excellent, and they problem solved any hiccups quickly, including calling the company about a torn screen door. Aside from the door being new, I'd never know it was replaced (no chips or holes in the trim or issues with the caulk). It looks very professional. This may sound trivial, but to me, the fact that they took the time to remove the sticker from the glass door, and remove all the residue, was something that I appreciated beyond words. I would eagerly work with Serge again.
