FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I frequently give discounts for students who want multiple sessions, and students in college. My fee includes my students' ability to email me questions about the topics discussed at the session for no additional charge! Payments can be made by check, cash, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or Square.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the first lesson, I like to get to know the student and get a feel for where they are in their coursework, what their specific needs are and how I can best meet those needs. We also discuss expectations on lesson frequency, preferred means of communication and ways for the student to continue learning and developing outside of the lessons.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my Ph.D. and Bachelor's degrees from Temple University. I currently work at Johnson & Johnson as a Scientist. I previously worked for 8 years at an analytical testing laboratory in suburban Philadelphia. Prior to this, I worked as a research student at Temple University for a number of years while studying for my Bachelor's degree. I regularly attend continuing education sessions at professional science conferences and even provide the continuing education from time to time at these conferences. I have presented scientific content and collaborated both nationally as well as internationally (Brazil, Denmark, Paris, Puerto Rico, and South Korea).
