FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees depend on the level and speed of work that is required by the client. The exact pricing and time frame of the work needed will be detailed and extensively discussed during the estimate. We pride ourselves in taking great care of our clients and would not charge any fees for something that wasn't even discussed and approved by the client in writing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I receive a request for prospective work, I set up an estimate appointment and ask the client to tell me in detail of exactly they having issues with for whatever project they may need. Sometimes people have some outdated information or they may had 2-3 previous estimates and are shopping around. I try to get the most information at the beginning of the process, so the client would have a realistic expectation of work, time needed to complete the project and of course the cost related questions. Every client is different and so is every project. I give updates before, during, and after work has began to my client, so everyone is satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked as an apprentice for my father's company since I was 16 years old. I have experience in working with any type of interior and exterior painting (including oil). My company works with tile, bathroom remodeling, carpentry, light electric and light plumbing work. Installation and remodeling of kitchen. Floor (hardwood, laminate) installation.
