- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are willing to work with any budget and any timeline.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to set up a free consultation call to go over the projects you need completed. After that we like to draw up a price estimate that includes materials estimates and how long it should take to complete. Then if those factors are satisfactory, we set a start date and take a 50 percent deposit. We are always available by phone or email if there are any questions along the way.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Matt, has over 20 years of experience in excavation, hardscaping, landscaping, and home improvement services because he's worked with various companies where he learned those skills. His time in the military taught him the importance of making sure the job is done right the first time so he brings that attitude to any project that we work on for our clients.
