When I start with a new customer, I begin with a detailed consultation to understand their needs and concerns. I assess the system or appliance, explain any potential issues, and offer options for solutions. My goal is to ensure you understand the process and are comfortable before any work begins. After completion, I follow up to make sure everything is working smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed HVAC Basics training and am certified by the EPA, with additional certifications from OSHA. This foundation is paired with hands-on experience in HVAC and appliance repair. My ongoing education ensures I stay updated on new techniques and technologies, allowing me to deliver reliable and safe service.
