I contacted AirComfy regarding an issue with my 6-year-old Samsung refrigerator not chilling or freezing. Joseph replied to my inquiry within the hour and advised that he would be at my home as early as late that afternoon. He arrived as expected, asked me to describe the issue and how long it had been going on, then went right to work. He was thorough in his diagnostic checking every component that could contribute to the problem. Through all troubleshooting measures he was able to get the fridge working again. He advised of the diagnosis and answered all my questions completely. He followed up throughout the next day to ensure all was working well and with confidence I was happy to report, ALL GOOD! His knowledge and expertise helped him to complete the repair expeditiously and with ease. Equally important is that the service call was affordable! If there is ever a need in the future, I will surely contact AirComfy.
