- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based upon a variety of things including size, scope, level of difficulty, number of balloon colors, rentals and props, as well as distance we are required to travel. For large events with multiple columns and arches, we do give discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically a client reaches out with a theme or color scheme and a budget. We then create free mock ups to help create a vision for the event, along with quotes for each design. A $30 dollar fee is required as a deposit to show you are a serious customer, and that $30 dollars is then credited to your final balance. We find this process to be super beneficial in making sure the designs are exactly what our clients want! We believe that details are everything!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelors degree in Education and Fine Arts. I’ve always loved the arts and balloons are just another outlet for creativity. I have taken online balloon classes and I belong to several balloon professional groups.
