I create high end marketing videos for all listings regardless of price. I take pride in providing excellent customer service and I work hard to earn my commission. When I sell a home, my goal is to make potential buyers instantly fall in love. It's the emotional attachment that brings the highest and best offers. My approach to marketing a property is what sets me apart from other Realtors. My goal is to show the property in the best light, showing its most attractive features in innovative ways. I do this by creating cinematic videos and catalog quality images that are typically limited to multi million dollar listings. All of the professional photos, videos, and marketing campaigns are created by me, so I have a direct role in making my listings look great. I take pride in providing the best possible service to each and every one of my clients, regardless of sale price. I do what I love and I love what I do, and I like to pass that benefit on to my clients.

Jesse was very professional and a great communicator, he helped me sell my property, it took him months to sell it when it had been on the market with 3 different agents for 7 years. he keeps me updated with what is going on in the real estate market. i highly recommend using him.

Originally I was selling my house as "For Sale By Owner". I had a buyer, however they backed out at the last minute. My wife went online to find a Real Estate agent to help us, and she found Jesse Keim. I gave him a call to test the waters to see if I thought I could work with him. He picked up immediately, and assured me that he was the right choice. He came in to check the house, made suggestions on what we could do to make it more marketable. We decided to take the room colors to a more neutral color, and between Jesse, his fiance and myself and daughter in-law we prepared the house for viewing. Without his help painting, the task may have been overwhelming. After the painting was done, and the clean up complete Jesse put it on the market. First day on the market and Jesse had it sold for more than we expected and within the first day. Can't ask for better results. He is definately the man, and I would recommend his as your real estate guru.

We worked with Jesse for not only buying a house, but selling our first home as well. He was very up front and professional through every step of the process. He never once questioned any house we wanted to see and even made it a point to go see houses as quickly as possible so we would have our chance at it if we wanted to put in an offer. He went the extra mile when it came to getting our settlement day lined up to sell and purchase in the same day and even watched our kids in the car while we signed the papers to sell our house! I ditch the fancy talk, stats, and numbers and get straight to learning about my client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Speech Communication from Millersville University, so negotiating and connecting with others is my specialty. In addition to real estate sales, I currently own and operate a media company, Full-Bore Media LLC, where we provide photography, video, and marketing services for businesses in Central Pennsylvania.
