I'm delighted to share that Prayor Properties completed our bathroom drywall was not only skilled and proficient but also remarkably reliable. Their punctuality was impressive, as they consistently arrived when they said they would. Their expertise and knowledge were evident in every aspect of the project, and their workmanship showcased a high level of professionalism. Additionally, their ability to work swiftly while maintaining exceptional quality truly stood out. I'm genuinely pleased with the overall experience and the stunning results they delivered. This will be the only company I use moving forward for all issues and need’s pertaining to our home.

Had my living room/dining room painted my Shawn. The ceiling needed repaired because of a leak. I was given an estimate from the pictures I sent. The entire job was done in two days and it was an amazing job!! Shawn was respectful and painted quickly without making any mess. He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company and will use them in the future.

He did a super job for in Sheffield pa every cafe about the gate being closed and making sure our dogs didn’t get out very thoroughly explained everything to us his work was above expectation and already plan on hiring him again to have a few more things fixed I definitely would recommend him for all your needs

Came to fix a large crack in start ceiling. Arrived as planned, professional and friendly. Well priced. We had planned for everything to be done and ready for sand/paint in one trip. Ultimately, he needed to come back a second time because it needed some additional sanding and a second coat of mud/plaster to get everything smoothed and ready for paint. He was great to work with and the ceiling looks like it’s ready for a light sand and paint now. Happy with this result and much cheaper than other quoted options. Will use Prayor Properties again

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am extremely reasonable and for the quality of work you will be receiving it is undoubtedly the best prices you'll find.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer will outline in detail what the projects are. Followed by a mutual date and time that is convenient for both sides to complete the project. I typically charge a flat rate for work upfront as long as there are no additional work added once I arrive on site. Appointment is set and job is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Advance Systems, Electrical, Plumbing, Sheetrock, Plaster, Painting, Tiling, Flooring, Appliances.
