Pat Keenan did a great job with my project. I needed my deck demolished because it was old and rotting and not safe for use. He came up with a good solution where I could still keep the steps that worked, and he did the whole job in a day and I didn’t need to worry about a thing since he also took care of disposing of all the old wood. He was very flexible with scheduling, accommodated my hectic schedule.

Pat and his team did an amazing job replacing our 30+-year-old deck with a beautiful outdoor space we can't wait to enjoy! From the estimate to battling with supply-chain issues to the final product, Pat was professional and eager to get the job complete for us in a timely manner, keeping us informed of any obstacles as things came up. And he still got it done faster than we expected! The end product really speaks for itself and his team even hung the swings under the deck for us! Talk about personal touch! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by meeting in person to see the deck and meet our clients. Next we ask them their plans while taking notes and also making suggestions. From there we will send you an estimate via email and once approved, we begin the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all certifications from previously working in the Carpenter's Union of Philadelphia and Home Improvement Contractor License.
