I have a Subzero refrigerator. It was not cooling properly. I called H.F. Services and I was responded to in a timely manner. The price for trip and diagnostics was reasonable. I was given a quote for repair. I have to say I felt much more comfortable with the pricing Matthew gave as I priced it w other companies just to check. He ordered parts quickly and had ref. up and running! He was courteous and his quality of work is outstanding. I would and will have him back with some things my husband and I would like done.
